Power, law, and public struggle in India and beyond

Ateendra Kushwaha writes editorials on politics, activism, and the global issues shaping public life, with India as a recurring point of departure.

The writer's lens

Engineering logic, legal study, socialist critique

Trained as an engineer and lawyer, I read political systems for structure: how rules are made, who enforces them, and where they fail. My socialist commitments shape what I ask of those structures.

Analysis is only useful if it takes the people affected seriously. I try to follow evidence closely and to say plainly what I do not know.
